How do I know you are a legitimate business?

Our ABN is 95 929 160 588. Our registered trading name is FROCK YOU. You can also view our testimonials to see how wonderful we are! And if you’re happy with your items, the service you received, or are just a loyal Frocker, please write in and tell us, and we’ll publish it on the site for all to see! Aaw!

 

All prices displayed are in AUD, and include GST. Please see below for information on returns and refunds.

 

Are you an environmentally-friendly company?

We are as green as can be, doing everything from using recyclable packaging and bags and limiting the use of paper, to offsetting all our flights. We hope you can appreciate our efforts!

 

How do I place an order?

Browse the store, adding items to your cart, and when you are finished, choose Checkout. Submit any promo codes you may have in the “promotion code” box, add your details (if you’ve shopped before you can login and they’ll automatically display) and choose your payment method. Simple!

 

Please note that if you pay by PayPal you MUST return to the FrockYou site to confirm your order. Choosing Credit Card will take you to a secure payment screen where you can enter your details – please be patient and wait for the screen to update – double clicking may induce multiple charges to your credit card! Clicking “Bank Deposit” or “Money Order” automatically places an order – please see below for further details on these payment methods.

 

If your order has been correctly placed, you’ll receive an email saying “Your Order has been received”. You also receive an email when your order is processed, and shipped, so it’s super-easy to keep track of!

 

What will be in my parcel?

All items are kept in their original plastic packaging where possible, however for labels who don’t wrap their items, we pop them safely in a reuseable, eco-friendly plastic bag. If applicable, we’ll pop in catalogues or other info on the label/s you have purchased. We don’t waste paper printing out invoices, as you have an e-record of your order (and so do we). If you do need a hard copy, please let us know and we’ll include it in your parcel.

 

How do I use a discount code?

If you sign up to our newsletter, you’ll receive an email straight back with an ongoing 10% discount code. You can enter this code, or any other promotional code that you may have found, in the ‘promotion code’ box during checkout, and then press ‘submit’. Everything in your cart, and anything you then add to it, will then display the discounted price so you know exactly how much you’re up for before you head through checkout!

 

Please note: ALL promotional codes must be entered into the ‘promotional code’ box when you place your order. If you forget, we cannot under any circumstances give you the discount at a later date!

 

I’m trying to use a discount code but it’s not working!

Firstly, please make sure it’s spelled correctly! If you haven’t made a typo, please check the expiration date of the code, from wherever you sourced it. Our 10% member discount is ongoing and never expires (sign up to the newsletter here to get your code!), however special offers through magazines, newsletters and other websites will have a limited time span, so please check!

 

Remember, you can only use one promotional code per order!

 

I can’t login to my account!

Ensure you have actually created an account with us – that is, placed an order and entered your name, delivery details, created a password etc. If you have only signed up to the newsletter you have not yet created an account or password and all you’ll need to do is click ‘Register Now’ during checkout to enter your details. Once you’ve done this once, these details will remain in our system and you won’t need to enter them each time you go through checkout!

 

If you can’t remember your password, simply choose the ‘forgot your password’ link at the login page, and it will be emailed to you. Please make sure you’re using the same email address that you registered with!

 

I got an error message when I tried to pay! What happened?

If you get an error message during checkout, most likely it means your order has still been placed, so please call us on 0439 353 645 during business hours to check, or email info@frockyou.com.au. Don’t fret, it’s most likely something we can fix easily! There’s any number of reasons why you might be getting errors (your computer security settings, heavy traffic on the site) but we promise we’ll fix it for you!

 

Please note during periods of heavy traffic (like our awesome sales) the site may be slower than usual, and occasionally items will sell out just as you’re trying to purchase them! If any of this happens, we will notify you immediately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery

 

How much is shipping?

We have a flat express shipping rate of $6, regardless of how many items you purchase! International shipping is a flat rate of AU$20 (see below for more info).

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed and paid for before 3pm will be shipped via eParcel Express the same day, which means in most parts of Australia you will receive it the next business day!

 

Please allow for public holidays and weekends when waiting for your order. Although every effort is made to get your items out to you on the same day your payment clears, Australia Post do not deliver or process parcels on weekends or public holidays. Remember if you’re paying by bank deposit or money order we need to receive your cleared payment before your order is shipped.

 

If you place an order after 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend, it will be shipped on the Monday.

 

*Please note during our awesome sales, we will not be able to get all orders out on the same day as usual. We always work round the clock to process sale orders asap, but it may take an extra day or two so please be patient!  If you have any special requests please note it in your order or email info@frockyou.com.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!*

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, simply type in the address you wish your parcel to be delivered to during checkout. If you’re sending a gift directly to the recipient, please see below for information in gift wrapping. If the delivery address is the same as your customer address, simply tick the "same as" box to make it quicker!

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We ship using Australia Post eParcel Express, so your order can be sent to any residential, workplace, PO Box, Locked Bag or RSD address.

 

Will I need to be home to sign for my order?

Yes, we use Aus Post eParcel Express which is an overnight, trackable service requiring a signature on delivery. If you’re not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. You can choose to have your parcel delivered without a signature, however by choosing this option you accept full responsibility for your parcel and Australia Post and Frock You cannot be held accountable if it goes missing. If you are willing to have your order delivered without a signature or left in a safe place (ie at the back door) please make a note in the “Special instructions” box during checkout.

 

Can somebody else collect my parcel for me?

If you’d like somebody else to collect your parcel, please leave a note in the “Special instructions” box during checkout – for example, “Please leave parcel with Reception”.

 
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders

 

How much is International shipping?

International Shipping is a flat rate of AU$20, anywhere in the world, and it’s FREE when you spend over AU$250!

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped via Registered International Air Mail, and can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. As a rough guide:

 

New Zealand, Singapore, Asia Pacific: 3-5 business days

USA & Canada: 5-7 business days

UK & Europe: 7-10 business days

 

What payment methods can I use if I am an overseas customer?

Please note we can strictly only accept International payments by credit cards/PayPal. If you would like to make an international bank transfer, please ask admin@frockyou.com.au first, as there are extra fees involved!

 

If you live overseas but have an Australian bank account, you can of course pay through your Aus bank account, and have your order shipped internationally.

 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges

 

I purchased something and it doesn’t fit, or it’s not as I expected! Can I return it?

We will happily refund or exchange items if they are faulty, not as you expected, or they don’t fit (see next FAQ for more info).

 

*Sale items (marked-down items, not regular items purchased during a %off sale) cannot be refunded, unless they are faulty. You can always exchange or return these items for a store credit, but it will bea at your own cost both ways  - we’ll need to charge you a $6 re-delivery fee.*

*During our mega sales with a large storewide discount (eg 30% off one-day sales) we may impose terms & conditions which will not allow you to return items for a refund. You will always be able to retun items for exchange or store credit, however during these sales exchanges may be at your own cost. Please check the sale t&c’s from wherever you sourced the discount code before purchasing, or email us to double check if you are unsure!

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition - this means unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and incidentals (eg spare buttons) still attached. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to you. Please note you are liable for any postage costs incurred when refunding/exchanging (unless it was our fault, in which case we will reimburse you return shipping costs.)

 

If you’re exchanging an item, we will not charge you to ship the new item.

 

We like to think we’re nice people, so if you have any special requests (eg, “I’m going on holiday shortly so won’t be able to return my item for a couple of weeks”) please ask info@frockyou.com.au and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a special deal for you!

 

How do I get a refund for my purchase?

Please email info@frockyou.com.au to request a refund, specifying all the items you wish to return and including your name and Order# in the email. The pertinent instructions will then be dispatched to you. Please DO NOT just send items back, any unauthorized returns will arrive promptly back on your doorstep!

 

Your refund will be given to you by the same method you paid us.

 

How can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges will be given if items meet the above standards. Please note that as our stock is seasonal and in high rotation, we might not always have the exact same item for you. In this case you will be given the option of a refund, a different item (any price difference must either be paid by you in terms of a more expensive item, or refunded by us if the new item is cheaper than the original purchase) or a credit note.

 

Can I get a credit note?

Yes, if you reckon you might like to buy something again, we are more than happy to offer you a store credit for the purchase amount of the returned item. There will be no expiry date on your credit note, you can use it immediately, in 3 months or a year, it’s up to you!

 

I received an item that wasn’t what I ordered! What do I do?

Please email info@frockyou.com.au, specifying your order# and the incorrect item. We will immediately ship the correct item to you in good faith, and provide you with the details for sending back the incorrect item. Your postage costs will be reimbursed. Please remember we’re only human and even though it’s rare, it sometimes inevitably happens!

 
 
PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods

 

Credit card:

Choosing the Credit Card option will take you to a secure payment page where you can enter your Mastercard or Visa details. You’ll need to wait up to 150 seconds for the payment to process, after which a confirmation screen will appear. You must click on the confirmation link to be taken back to the Frock You page to confirm your order! If you enter your email address again on the credit card screen (optional), a copy of the transaction receipt will also be emailed to you, along with your order confirmation from Frock You. Place and pay for your order before 3pm AEST (AESDT when applicable) and we’ll ship it the same day!

 

PayPal:

Checkout will take you to the login page, where you can then pay directly from your credit card, bank account or existing PayPal account. PayPal payments are received instantly, and if placed before 3pm AEST (AESDT when applicable) your order will be shipped the same day. You can also pay by eCheque using PayPal, however we do need to wait for the funds to clear before we can ship your order (3-4 business days). Please follow the links back to FrockYou after making payment, to confirm your order with us!

 

Bank Deposit:

You can pay directly from your bank account via Bank Transfer - funds usually take 2-3 business days to clear, You can also deposit over the counter at any NAB branch - funds will clear instantly. Please quote your order number as a reference. Orders will be shipped the same day that payment clears. Please note your payment must be received within 4 business days of placing your order, or your order will be cancelled!

 

Money Order

Details of where to send a money order will display in checkout. Please include a printout of your confirmed order, note with your order#, in the envelope. We can’t ship your order until the Money Order is received.

 

PLEASE NOTE ALL MONEY ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!

Sizing

 

How do I know which size to choose?

Sizing varies from label to label, and where possible we've included size charts in item descriptions. However if you have any questions please email info@frockyou.com.au anytime. We'll do our best to source measurements for you, or else we’re not averse to using ye olde measuring tape to measure garments ourselves for you!

 

As a general guide:
S = 8-10

M = 10-12

L = 12-14

 

000 = 0-3 months

00 = 3-6 months

0 = 6-12 months

And your child’s age corresponds with average sizing (e.g. a 1 year old size 1; 2 year-olds size 2, etc).

 

 
 
Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers

 

Can I buy a Gift Voucher, and how do I use it?

Of course! Choose “Gift Vouchers” from the left-hand menu, enter the amount you wish to purchase and proceed through checkout. If you pay by credit card/PayPal you must follow the links to return to Frock You to ensure your voucher is generated. If you pay by bank deposit or money order, we will manually generate your voucher once your payment has cleared.

 

Gift vouchers are emailed to the address specified in the “To email address” box. Manually created vouchers will go to you if you have not specified the recipient to us, and you can then forward it to the recipient. The email will contain a unique code to use in the "Gift Voucher" box during checkout.  Please do not use your voucher code on "test" or "incomplete" orders, as the system will think it has been used and it will be invalid on proper orders! Basically, don't enter the code until you are ready to continue through checkout and pay for your order. Gift vouchers have no expiry date, and can be redeemed in whole or part, whenever you wish!
